Repair Warranty

For out of warranty and extended warranty customer, iTech Centre provides 90 day warranty for repair on the same fault(s) of the units/devices with the specific part(s) which is (are) effected from the date of delivery of repaired unit. Cases of new problem(s) the unit will not be covered by the 90 day warranty.
Again, you will need to place a new order on our website and start a new repair process.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

The Repair Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, LCD Screens & Digitizers, does not apply when the Hardware is opened or repaired by someone not authorized by iTechCente and does not cover repair or replacement of any Hardware or part thereof damaged by: misuse, moisture, liquids, proximity or exposure to heat and accident, abuse, non-compliance with the instructions supplied with the Hardware, neglect or misapplication. The iTech Centre Warranty does not cover physical damage to the surface of the Hardware, This Limited Warranty does not cover any software that may accompany or be installed on the Hardware.

Repair Turnaround Times

Our turnaround times vary from 2-3 days if we have the parts in stock, to 3-4 weeks if we need to order the parts.

Unpaid Invoice(s) / Not Contactable Policy

The invoices are sent once the repair(s) / item(s) are ready to be despatched. Devices are despatched upon payment confirmation. If no payment or reply/contact has been made within 3 months of receiving either the quote/invoice/email, iTechCentre / GPS Repair AUS reserves the right to keep/scrap the device(s) for parts.

Remote Support

Limited Remote Support service is only offered to our existing customers. Each customer is entitled to 20 minutes of FREE remote support. Anytime after that will be chargeable. The customer will need to purchase credit in order to receive additional time for remote support.

Changes to Website

1. iTech Centre reserves the right to:
1. change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that iTech Centre shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal; and
2. change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or does not perform as advertised.
